How to Restore Files with Computer Backup

If you've backed up all your files from your OPPO phone to a computer, you can restore your data from that backup.

Transfer the backup file back from the computer to phone storage.

    1. On the new phone, enable the USB debugging.

    2. Connect the new phone to your computer with a USB cable.

    3. On your phone, choose [Transfer Files] when prompted to “Use USB To”.

    4. Locate the [Backup] folder you transferred earlier on the computer. Right-click and copy the [Backup] folder from the computer.

    5. Paste the Backup folder to the [Internal shared storage] folder of the phone.

    6. Locate other folders like Photos, Movies, and Music (if you have transferred them) on the computer and move them back to the [Internal shared storage] folder of the phone.
