What to do if the Enco W31 Headphones Disconnects Automatically During Use?

Applicable products: Smartphones,Accessories System version: No system version involved

Situation: The OPPO Enco W31 headphones gets disconnected automatically while using.

Applicable to: OPPO Enco W31 Headphones.

This issue may occur due to the following reasons:

    • The headset is low on power.

    • The mobile phone is far away from the headset and exceeds the effective transmission distance (10 meters), or there is an obstacle between the headset and the mobile phone.

    • Due to the special nature of the Bluetooth headset, the electromagnetic waves in your area may interfere with the Bluetooth connection. The headset may be silent or disconnected and cannot be reconnected automatically.

Perform the following troubleshooting steps and continue to the next step if issue persists:

    1. Make sure the headphone is charged (the indicator lights up when you open the Charging Case). The indicator color indicates the battery level of the headphones when they are in the charging case. If the indicator lights red (low battery), place the headphones inside the Charging Case and connect to the charger.

    2. Move the phone close to the headphones and reconnect.

    3. Check if your headphones are in a strong interference environment, and keep away from objects with large electromagnetic interference such as microwave ovens.

    4. Place the headphones back into the Charging Case, close the cover for 5 seconds, open the cover again, and try to reconnect.

    5. If these fails, factory reset the Enco W31 headphones. With the headphones in the Charging Case and lid open, press and hold the Function button until the Indicator flashes red three times. Then, the headphones have been restored to factory settings. Repeat Step 2 to pair again.

If the issue persists, contact OPPO Support Team, or take your headphones, charging case, proof of purchase and warranty card to a nearby OPPO Customer Service Center.
