What is OPPO India & GCC Warranty

For designated devices, if the purchase location is within the India & GCC Warranty service area, you have access to services of warranty, repair, and upgrade at OPPO authorized service centers within all regions that support the India & GCC Warranty service.

Service Type Details
Warranty Service Bring your device, receipt, and warranty card to a local service center. After the service center confirms that it meets the warranty conditions, you can enjoy free warranty service (if labor cost is involved, it will be based on local repair policies). The warranty determination rules are based on the local service center.
Out-of-Warranty Repair For devices that warranty period has expired or not covered by warranty, you can replace damaged spare parts with a charge.
Labor costs and spare part prices are based on the local service center. Available spare parts: Mainboard, Screen Assembly, Battery, Battery Cover, and Other Spare Parts.
Upgrade Service At the OPPO service center, you can enjoy a free system upgrade.

1. The warranty service only supports designated models for warranty, repair, and upgrade, and does not involve the return or exchange of devices. For other services, please consult the local service center.

2. Due to differences in local laws, systems, release versions, and product safety qualification standards between regions, some spare parts may have differences in appearance or function. For details, please consult the local customer service center.

3. Upgrading the system may cause data loss. Please back up your data before heading to service centers for an upgrade.

4. For devices purchased through non-regular channels, and devices that have been modified, disassembled, or repaired without OPPO's authorization, the service center has the right to refuse service.

To provide you with convenient service and protect your related rights and interests, authorization of information acquisition and delivery order with signature are required, as well as purchase certificate with information on the place and time of purchase may also be required if necessary.

How is the warranty period and repair period calculated for India & GCC Warranty?

When your phone activates the E-Warranty card, the India & GCC Warranty takes effect. The warranty period is based on the place of purchase, while the repair period is subjected to place providing the service.

How does India & GCC Warranty charge?

In-warranty devices will be free of charge while devices out of warranty will be subjected to the policies and regulations on the place providing the service (If labor cost is involved, it will be based on local repair policies).

Can I purchase the India & GCC Warranty service separately?

After purchasing a device that supports the India & GCC Warranty service in specific regions (Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, India), you can enjoy this service without having to purchase it separately. Also, this service is not be sold separately. When the India & GCC Warranty is applied, the service center will determine and charge the relevant repair fees according to the local service policy.

Do other services I have purchased such as screen protection plan, support the India & GCC Warranty service?
