There are two methods on how you can enable ColorOS 7's OSIE Vision Effect:
Control Center: Swipe down from the top of any screen and look for the [OSIE Vision Effect] icon > tap on it to enable it.
Settings
For ColorOS 13: Go to [Settings] > [Display & Brightness] > [Video color enhancer] > enable [Video color enhancer].
For ColorOS 7 to ColorOS 12: Go to [Settings] > [Display & Brightness] > toggle [OSIE Vision Effect] to enable.
Note:
Not all application in the Play Store and OPPO App Market supports OPPO's OSIE visual effect feature; you can check this link to know if an app supports this feature.
OPPO's OSIE visual effect feature is not turned on by default; you would have to perform the abovementioned steps to turn it on.
This feature may consume your OPPO phone's battery, so turn it off when not in use.
