The Warranty is voluntarily offered by OPPO and is separate from and complementary to the legal rights of consumers under the national legislation in force regarding the sale of consumer goods, and to any right of the consumer vis-à-vis the original retailer of the Product. Therefore, in no case does this Warranty influence, modify, replace, or diminish the protections offered by the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects as specified below (see "Your Rights").
1. OPPO guarantees that the Products will be free from manufacturing defects and workmanship defects that appear during normal use and in accordance with the appropriate user manual during the entire Warranty Period (defined below).
2. The Warranty is valid for a period of:

3. The legislation of some countries regarding consumers does not allow any limitation of the validity periods for warranties or the types of components covered by such a warranty, thus, the limitations stipulated in point 2 above may not apply if the legislation in force in your country does not allow it.
4. During the Warranty Period, OPPO or an authorized service center will, at OPPO's discretion, repair or replace the Product or any appropriate part thereof, in the event that a material defect or workmanship defect is found.
5. The Product or part that has been repaired, or the Product or part provided as a replacement for a defective Product or part, will be free from material defects and workmanship defects. The repair or replacement of a Product or part may include the use of a refurbished unit with equivalent functionality.
6. No fees, whether for parts, labor, or otherwise, may be charged to the customer for the repair or replacement of a defective Product covered by the Warranty during its validity period. All defective Products and equipment and all defective parts and cards that have been replaced belong to OPPO.
7. In the case of a replaced or repaired Product or part, the Warranty remains applicable for the remainder of the validity period of said Product or for three (3) months from the date of repair, whichever is longer.
8. The customer will be required to provide the original purchase receipt or any documentation or information necessary or required by the legislation in force regarding the date and place of purchase. In the event that such information is not provided or is incomplete or illegible, OPPO reserves the right to refuse the provision of the above service in the event of a Warranty claim.
9. This Warranty does not cover defects and damages resulting from:
a. Normal wear and tear of the equipment.
b. Defects and damages caused by use other than the normal and usual use of the equipment.
c. Any unauthorized modification, alteration, repair, or disassembly
d. Misuse, mistreatment, negligence, or accident of any cause
e. Defects or damages resulting from incorrect use, maintenance, installation, or testing or any alteration or modification.
f. Defects or damages due to spilled food or liquids, corrosion, rust, or incorrect voltage application.
g. Spilled food or liquids, corrosion, rust, or incorrect voltage application.
h. Scratches or damages to plastic surfaces and any other exposed external part resulting from normal use.
i. Any use that does not conform to that described in the user manual provided with the Product.
j. If you wish to purchase spare parts, you can purchase and consult official OPPO spare parts from our official partner (https://oppo.sparepartservice.shop).
(OPPO is not responsible for any damage to the device, any injury, or any other product safety issue caused by repair if OPPO's advice is not followed. Any damage to the device resulting from an attempted repair or a repair performed by a person other than an authorized OPPO service center will not be covered by OPPO's limited warranty.)
10. This Warranty is not applicable: a) if the serial number or warranty seal of the Product is illegible, erased, or has been removed; or b) no proof of purchase has been provided.
11. The Warranty applies to the Product only under its original terms. This Warranty covers only the hardware components of the product initially provided and does not apply to any software or other equipment owned by OPPO or third parties for which an end-user license agreement or separate warranty/guarantee statements or exclusions are provided or intended to apply; it is recommended to consult the end-user license agreement, warranties/guarantee statement(s), and/or any separate warranty exclusions that are provided, or intended to be used, with such items.
Before submitting your Product to OPPO or an authorized service center for repair under this Warranty, you are required to back up your Product's data, delete all personal information, and disable all security passwords.
1. Except for the express warranties stated above, OPPO offers no other commercial warranties, whether implied or explicit, statutory or otherwise, related to the Product, its suitability for any purpose, or otherwise. The legislation of some countries regarding consumers does not allow limitations of warranties, so all or part of the limitations in this warranty document may not apply to you.
2. OPPO cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of programs, data, SIM cards, or removable storage for which no backup has been made before submitting the Product to OPPO or an authorized service center for repair under this Warranty.
3. To the extent permitted by law, OPPO assumes no liability for any loss that does not result from a reasonably foreseeable consequence of OPPO's failure to fulfill its obligations under this Warranty. As a consumer, the use of your device cannot have a commercial purpose. OPPO cannot, therefore, be held responsible for any loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings contracts, or time resulting from your ability or inability to use the device.
4. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact the direct phone line of OPPO corresponding to your country or consult the services available on the local OPPO website.
5. This Warranty may be subject to occasional changes made by OPPO. Please consult the local OPPO website to view the most recent version of the Warranty applicable to your Product.
6. You expressly agree that the use of the unlocking service provided by OPPO and its service provider is at your own risk. Unless otherwise required by regulations, OPPO and its service provider do not expressly or implicitly make any promises or guarantees regarding the unlocking service. It is not guaranteed that the service will meet your expectations or that the service will not be interrupted. OPPO and its service provider do not promise or guarantee the duration, security, or potential errors of the service.
This Warranty will be provided by the competent local OPPO subsidiaries, the list of which can be found at: www.oppo.com
This symbol (with or without the bar below) affixed to the device, batteries/battery (if applicable), and/or packaging indicates that the device, its electrical accessories (e.g., headset, adapter, or cable), and batteries/battery must not be disposed of as household waste.
In accordance with the legislation:
1. Article L 217-4 of the Consumer Code: "The seller delivers goods that conform to the contract and is responsible for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. The seller is also responsible for any lack of conformity resulting from packaging, assembly instructions, or installation when this has been made their responsibility under the contract or has been carried out under their responsibility."
2. Article L217-5 of the Consumer Code: "The goods conform to the contract: 1° If they are suitable for the usual purpose expected of similar goods and, where applicable: - if they correspond to the description given by the seller and possess the qualities presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model; - if they possess the qualities that a buyer may legitimately expect given the public statements made by the seller, the producer, or their representative, particularly in advertising or labeling; 2° Or if they possess the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or are suitable for any special purpose sought by the buyer, brought to the seller's attention, and accepted by the seller."
3. Article L217-12 of the Consumer Code: "The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed by two years from the delivery of the goods."
4. Article L217-16 of the Consumer Code: "When the buyer requests the seller, during the course of the commercial warranty granted at the time of acquisition or repair of movable property, a repair covered by the warranty, any immobilization period of at least seven days is added to the remaining duration of the warranty. This period runs from the buyer's request for intervention or the availability of the goods for repair, if this availability occurs after the request for intervention."
5. Article 1641 of the Civil Code: "The seller is bound by the warranty for hidden defects in the sold item that render it unfit for its intended use or that diminish its use to such an extent that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would have given a lesser price, had they known of them."
6. Article 1648 of the Civil Code: "The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the buyer within two years from the discovery of the defect. In the case provided for by Article 1642-1, the action must be initiated, under penalty of forfeiture, within one year from the date on which the seller can be discharged from the defects or apparent lack of conformity."
