1. OPPO Premium Service policy

Terminal device: the terminal device here refers to Reno6 5G

1.1 The OPPO Premium Service is provided by OPPO official service center or authorized service center subject to the Terms & Conditions.

1.2 OPPO premium service aims to provide you with professional after-sales service. It includes:

1. Premium Lane : Reno6 5G users can enjoy the premium channel for after-sales service by holding the premium card to the designated service center during the warranty period, and skip the queue for priority processing. You can enjoy OPPO Premium Service in the branches of "Town Center in Cairo - Mall of Egypt in Giza - Al Kaed Ibrahim in Alexandria - San Stefano in Alexandria - Qena - Tanta".
2. Loan Phone Service : When users of Reno6 5G go to any service center for mobile phone repair during the warranty period, duo to unexpected situations if the phone cannot be picked up on the same day, the service center will provide the user with a loan phone
3. Free Protective Film : Reno6 5G users can enjoy a free filming service at any service center with a premium card during the warranty period.
4. Free Labor Cost : Enjoy free labor costs for device repair at service center.
   * Out-of-warranty repairs only need to pay for the spare parts. *

2. OPPO Premium service does not include the following

2.1 Device models that are not covered by the OPPO Premium Service according to the local policy (the place where the terminal device is purchased).

2.2 Devices that are not sold through official channels.

2.3 Any device modified, repaired, torn down, or exchanged by unauthorized parties.

2.4 Devices that exceed the validity period of certain service products.

2.5 Devices rent and borrowed to others, or fraud.

2.6 Devices that are damaged deliberately or a fraud.

2.7 Devices that are not able to be verified whether being covered by OPPO Premium Service Product due to incomplete IMEI or a different recorded IMEI.

2.8 Refuse to sign the delivery receipt and related statement.

2.9 All risks and legal liabilities or losses associated with any transfer due to any differences in the product after you obtain the OPPO Premium Service.

2.10 Any loss of profit, income, or time incurred as a result of any personal business activity due to any differences in the product after you obtain the OPPO Premium Service.

2.11 Any inability to use your device caused by cross-region rather than device fault (such as the inability to access the internet because it does not support the network frequency adopted in that region).

2.12 Beyond the scope of the legal service policy in the place where the service is provided.
