        How to Use Chat Bubbles on OPPO Phone

        Applicable products： Smartphones System version： ColorOS 11 and above，ColorOS 12 and above，ColorOS 13.1 and above

        The Bubble feature on your OPPO phone will show a floating bubble that can be moved around your screen so that you always have easy access to that conversation, no matter what application you use on your phone. Follow the article below to learn more about the Bubbles feature on your OPPO phone.


        Note: Available only for ColorOS 11 and above devices. Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone] / [About Device].


        Enable Bubbles on OPPO phone

        For ColorOS 12 and above:

        Go to [Settings] > [Notification & Status Bar] > [More Settings] and toggle [Bubbles] to enable.

        For ColorOS 11 to 11.3:

        Go to [Settings] > [Notification & Status Bar] > [Manage Notifications] > toggle [Bubbles] to enable. 

        • Bubbles can also be enabled individually for each application by going to [Settings] > [Notification & Status Bar] > [Manage Notifications] and select an app, then enable [Bubble].

        Note: This option might not be available for every app.

        How to use Bubbles?

        1. Once the Bubble is enabled for an application, the bubble pops up automatically on the screen whenever a notification is received.

        2. Tap the  icon at the bottom-right of the notification. You can also find this icon after expanding the notification to view its content.

        3. Your notification now will be converted into a chat bubble that can be moved around on your screen.

        Can I enable Bubble for every app?

        • The Bubble can only be enabled for compatible apps. You can check this by going to [Settings] > [Notification & Status Bar]> [Manage Notifications] and select an app, then enable [Bubble].

        How to close an active Bubble?

        • Simply tap and hold the active bubble icon and drag it to the "X" icon at the bottom of your screen to close it.
