For designated devices, you have access to services of warranty, repair, and upgrade at OPPO authorized service centers in the countries/regions where IWS is available.

    Bring your device, receipt, and warranty card to a local service center. OPPO International Warranty Service will be available once testing declares your device is in warranty.

  • Out-of-Warranty Repair

    For devices that warranty period has expired or not covered by warranty, you can replace damaged spare parts with a charge* Spare parts prices are subject to local conditions.

  • System Upgrade Service

    Bring your device to OPPO Customer Service Center, and we will upgrade it to the newest version.

    A: To provide you with convenient service and protect your related rights and interests; authorization of information acquisition and delivery order with signature are required, as well as purchase certificate with information on the place and time of purchase may also be required if necessary.

  • 2. How does IWS count the warranty period and maintenance period?

    A: IWS will take effect when your device's E-Warranty card is registered. The warranty period will depend on the place of purchase while the maintenance period is subjected to place providing the service.

  • 3. How does IWS charge?

    A: Under IWS service, in-warranty devices will be free of charge while devices out of warranty will be subjected to the policies and regulations on the place providing the service.

  • 4. Can I purchase IWS separately?

    A: After purchasing the device with IWS, you are entitled to the service without having to purchase it separately. Also, the service is not sold separately. When the IWS is provided, you may be advised to pay the fees for maintenance in compliance with local policies to the service center.
