Insert horizontally to avoid tray damage or loose SIM cards. Reminders If your SIM card size doesn't fit the slot, change your SIM card with your telecom operator. Don't cut your SIM card alone, or your card may get damaged. Do not install or remove the SIM card when the phone is on; otherwise, your SIM card may be damaged. When the SIM card is inserted for the first time, the "E-Warranty Card" registration page will pop out. Smartphone capabilities are constantly changing, and features like call and screen recording have become very popular. However, if you are an OPPO phone user, you might have noticed that these features are missing. This article aims to explain why certain OPPO devices, particularly those running ColorOS 5.1 and above, may not have call and screen recording features. It also aims to provide you with a better understanding of what to expect from your OPPO device. Note: Check your ColorOS version in [Settings] > [About Phone] / [About Device]. How to know if the Call Recording feature is available on your OPPO phone The absence of these features on specific OPPO devices is not an oversight; rather, it is a purposeful design choice influenced by privacy and legal considerations. Countries such as Australia and several European nations, including Spain, France, Netherlands, Italy, and Russia, have implemented legal restrictions prohibiting call and screen recording functionalities in smartphones. These measures are in place to safeguard user privacy and uphold the legal frameworks governing telecommunications and digital privacy within these regions. Is there any alternative to the Call or Screen Recording feature? While OPPO doesn't currently offer built-in call or screen recording features for some models, we understand these functionalities can be valuable. We take user privacy very seriously, so recommending third-party apps isn't ideal at this time. Related articles: How to Use Screen Recording on Your Phone?
